Preheat oven to 375F

Butterfly raw chicken breast and add cooked vegetable mix and cheese as desired to inside. Fold chicken breast back over and seal shut with toothpicks
Mix garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper to small separate bowl. Add olive oil until mixture becomes a paste. Rub stuffed chicken breast with spice mixture.
Add nonstick pan to medium heat and drizzle lightly with olive oil . Sear chicken breast on both sides until cooked thoroughly (5-7 min both sides
When chicken is cooked, remove from pan and serve with baked potato
